Simple exterior void design prolongs bushing life and optimizes ride quality.
SwingAlign™
The industry's fastest and most convenient axle alignment system requiring no replacement parts or disassembly. Axle alignment is achieved by direct adjustment of the lead screw, requiring less than 250 ft. lbs. (340Nm) of torque.
PosiLok™
PosiLok solves dock walk and squat. It's advanced design minimizes stresses and flexing through a direct slider-suspension-axle load path. Operationally, a positive lock out of components effectively transfers loading from the air bags to the PosiLok mechanism for stable and safe loading / unloading operation.
Slider Sub-Frame
Full-height cross members, and integral reinforcement plates and ribs resist racking and buckling. Models available for HOLLAND (Binkley), Hutch, and TTMA upper rail configurations.
5.75' Round Axle
The larger SAF 5.75' diameter axle is manufactured here in the United States, is more robust for added durability, and increases rigidity by approximately 28%.
BLACK ARMOUR® Metal Treatment
The BLACK ARMOUR® metal protection process chemically bonds with metal to form a protective skin that is impervious to water and anti-icing chemicals. BLACK ARMOUR® is paint compatible without pre-sanding. If scratched, BLACK ARMOUR® inhibits the spread of creep corrosion.
This eco-friendly metal treatment provides remarkable protection without the added weight and cost of galvanization.

Air Release Pin Pull
This compact and durable Air-Release system is a simple, efficient pin-pull design that retracts and engages the slider pins using the conveniently located valve handle. The release valve includes a safety circuit that automatically engages the slider pins when the parking brakes are released.
Streamlined Body Features
The shocks have been conveniently relocated into the same space as the AeroBeams™ leaving additional room for the installation of air tanks, brake valves, tire inflation equipment and ABS modules.
New AeroBeam™ Trailing Arm Technology
Heat treated cast alloy steel trailing arms efficiently reduce weight without compromising beam strength or integrity.
Tire Pilot Plus™
The SAF Tire Pilot Plus™ is an enhanced tire pressure management system that controls pressure through inflation or high-pressure relief while maintaining equal pressure across all wheels.
