SAF-HOLLAND BRAZIL

The history of the company in Brazil starts with the project of Otto Sauer Achsenfabrik SAF, one of the most modern trailer axles and suspension system manufacturers in Europe, to reach South American market. After more than one year of planning, in 2007, a plant was inaugurated in Jaguariúna city, located in a strategic area, surrounded by a wide highway network, in São Paulo State, considered the “economic motor” of Brazil due to concentrate the biggest industrial park and economic production, or 31% of the country’s GDP.

The subsidiary, installed in a 6800 m² area, was created under the name SAF-HOLLAND already, after the merger of the German SAF with the American The Holland Group, one of the leading commercial vehicle equippers. This way, the plant, originally designed to shelter the production lines of rigid and steering axles with 5000 pieces / month capacity, passed to work also as a distribution center for fifth wheels, kingpins and landing gears.

From here we attend all South America, offering an extensive product line to all trailer and truck manufacturers, as soon as to its customers, through our aftermarket network.
