U. 2019 poz. 118 z późn. zm.) w brzmieniu nadanym ustawą z dnia 19 lipca 2019r o zmianie niektórych ustaw w celu ograniczenia zatorów płatniczych (Dz. U. 2019, poz. 1649) posiada status dużego przedsiębiorcy w rozumieniu przedmiotowej ustawy.

SAF-HOLLAND Polska sp. z o.o. declares, that pursuant to Art. 4c of the Act of March 8, 2013 on the prevention of excessive delays in commercial transactions (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 118, as amended) as amended by the Act of July 19, 2019 on amending certain acts to reduce payment gridlocks (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1649) has the status of a large entrepreneur within the meaning of the Act.

Close to the customer and fast in service: since its opening in July 2011, the Dubai branch office, located in the Dubai Free Zone South, has been writing a success story. The eleven employees on site - six in the warehouse and five in sales, purchasing and administration - are reliable and easy to reach contacts for the truck and trailer industry as well as for its spare parts market in the Middle East and parts of Africa: import and distribution modalities are simple and ordered products are available directly from stock.

SAF-HOLLAND in Dubai is the competent partner for the commercial vehicle industry in the GCC Area. From here, the branch supplies OEM and aftermarket customers promptly with its wide range of products stocked on more than 2,000 m2 of storage space - from the TRILEX wheel system and rims to the aftermarket components SAUER QUALITY PARTS to individual OEM products such as axles, suspensions and couplings from SAF-HOLLAND Group.
